Olivia’s background as an executive has encompassed both Business Development and Delivery. Since 2002 she has been solving and leading IT initiatives across the Department of Homeland Security. This unique experience of winning business and then delivering the services has enabled her to balance the corporate leadership requirements of growth and profitability balanced with customer satisfaction.
Whether managing Trusted Traveler and Citizenship Benefits application programs; infrastructure modernization and migrations to the cloud; deployments of biometric kiosks worldwide or identity management systems; Security Operations or analyzing human capital; the focus has always been on mission success and safety.
