Amivero is proud to represent as a Women Owned Small Business. To help provide a level playing field for women business owners, the government limits competition for certain contracts to businesses that participate in the women’s contracting program. The federal government’s goal is to award at least five percent of all federal contracting dollars to women-owned small businesses each year.
Amivero is a proud HUBZone Certified Company. We align with the Federal Governments SBA HUBZone Program Mission, and are dedicated to the promotion of job growth, capital investment, and economic development to historically underutilized business areas within the United States.
The SBA HUBZone Program limits competition for companies certified in historically underutilized business zones. 19.1306 states HUBZone sole source awards can be considered by the contracting officer before considering a small business set-aside (19.203 and subpart 19.5) and provided none of the exclusions at 19.1394 apply.
GSA Schedules (also known as Federal Supply Schedules, and Multiple Award Schedules (MAS)), are long-term governmentwide contracts with commercial companies that provide access to millions of commercial products and services at fair and reasonable prices to the government. It is a strategic business practice of GSA to buy smarter and more like a single enterprise. Amivero is honored to hold a GSA MAS/FSS Schedule and encourages the use of this fast, compliant and reasonably priced access to IT services offerings.
Amivero has access to a variety of critical multiple award vehicles across the federal government. Our contract portfolio includes Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs), GSA Schedules, and agency-specific IDIQs.
Chief Information Officer-Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) is a 10-year IDIQ Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) with a 15-year period of performance that has been designated as Best in Class by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). Every federal civilian and DOD agency can use CIO-SP3 for fast, value-oriented solutions through 2027. With a $20 billion ceiling, multiple contract types and the ability to award in modular increments and incorporate performance-based features, CIO-SP3 offers streamlined ordering and procedures, saving agencies both time and money.The GWAC has 10 task areas to meet virtually every IT need from legacy system maintenance to emerging digital solutions.
The Veterans Technology Services (VETS) 2 is the only GWAC set aside exclusively for the support of Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), while also helping federal agencies achieve their socio-economic goals and objectives. VETS 2 allows fixed price, cost reimbursement, time and materials, and labor hour type contracts, providing greater flexibility in procuring different types of IT products and services and meeting your mission requirements. There is also a low 0.75% contract access fee (CAF). VETS 2 is designed to meet diverse agency IT services requirements, including new and emerging technologies
DISA ENCORE III is a government wide, multiple-award contract vehicle that provides global IT solutions, services, and support to the military services, the Department of Defense (DoD), and other Federal agencies. This vehicle has an established $17.5 Billion ceiling value, and one 5-year base period ending in 2023, with an additional five 1-year option periods, allowing for long-term planning of large-scale program requirements through 2028. DoD IT solutions available through ENCORE III encompass a range of capabilities from maintaining mission-critical legacy systems to optimizing, customizing, or creating new, emerging IT solutions.
